| Problem | 
Workers tend to not speak up about their unfair contract items or working conditions because of a fear of retaliation. Also, it is hard to have access to information about their contract, and sometimes they do not even have the copy of contract.

Help workers to easily view and talk about their contract as well as communicate with each other and the union representatives.

I organized a design workshop, to precisely define painpoints and user persona. We devided the users into three types according to thier roles and needs. And it enabled us to define their identities as well as all members to be on the same page.

User Persona - Regular User








Workers having concerns, inquiries, or any issues relating to their contract first try to contact other workers. With them, it might be able to share empathy, but they do not know clearly either. Shop stewards know better and would be willing to solve their concerns, but workers need to talk to union representatives if they cannot solve this problem. They usually cover a lot of workers at once, which makes it hard to listen to each worker. Also, having afraid of retaliation keeps workers from speaking up about their concerns.

The report contains an analysis of worker concerns sentimental analysis, showing how the workers are satisfied with their workplaces. By eliminating workers’ concerns in the earlier phase and having empathy with them, the management will be able to reduce the turnover rate.
